With ecological and energy requirements becoming ever more stringent, the various roadworks industry stakeholders are increasingly focusing on lowering asphalt mix production and laying temperatures.
As early as 2003, Eurovia launched a process using aspha-min® that was aimed at reducing asphalt mix production temperature by about 30°C. With this pioneering product, Eurovia has become the leader in the field, with over 900,000 tonnes laid to date, of which 220,000 tonnes in 2008. The Eurovia product family has now been extended with the addition of the Tempera® range, which brings together all of Eurovia's so-called warm processes.
